EY seeks an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP within Core Supply Chain. You will drive delivery of SAP projects, lead workshops, and manage diverse teams across offshore and onshore units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning (PP).
• Proven track record leading project teams to deliver by deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Exhibit strong SAP Manufacturing expertise complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
