EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and designing system architecture solutions.

You will lead workstreams, engage with stakeholders, and oversee SAP projects in a dynamic, globally connected environment, with 40-60% travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, especially PP module.
• Experience leading teams to deliver project milestones within deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams and project teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to align with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, implement S/4HANA best practices for tailored SAP solutions.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
