Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and design system architecture solutions.

The role involves leading workshops, managing a hybrid offshore/onshore team, and delivering high-quality SAP projects while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, gathering requirements and recommending SAP best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage risks and progress communication.
