EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of 3 years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, especially PP module.
• Strong track record leading teams to deliver project deliverables on time.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing space.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects/workstreams and ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
