Job summary

EY seeks an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in Technology Analysis. You will translate business requirements into SAP solutions, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and design system architectures to improve performance and results.

As a Manager, you will lead workstreams, manage offshore/onshore teams, and drive successful SAP projects with a strong focus on manufacturing processes and S/4 HANA best practices, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, PP module focus.
• Proven track record leading teams to deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written/verbal communications and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and implement S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen.
• Deliver high‑quality SAP projects and manage risks.
• Maintain client relationships at all levels.
