Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Experience in cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovations.
