Job summary

RTX Corporate is seeking a Sr. Manager SAP PLM Systems Integrations Analyst to lead the blueprint, build, and cutover phases of a major ERP/PLM integration program. The role focuses on harmonizing processes and enabling migration to SAP S4 HANA, with emphasis on PLM data and master data management.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive requirements, data mappings, and testing strategies, and support go-live and hypercare while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with extensive relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP-PLM integrations and other supply chain platforms.
• Knowledge of Product Master Data Management including Material Masters, BOMs and Change Masters.
• Experience with interfacing SAP systems including configuration, data management, IDOCs and/or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment and Hypercare for PLM-SAP interfaces.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to define requirements and interface PLM with S4 HANA.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP PLMSI to enhance Plan to Sustain processes.
• Map end-to-end integrations across multiple PLM systems and S4 HANA.
• Lead data mappings, configuration, build and testing activities for SAP PLMSI integrations.
• Create and maintain project artifacts: design documents, specifications, test plans.
