RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems Integrations Analyst to lead the design and integration of MES with SAP S/4HANA across the ERP landscape.

The role entails coordinating with cross-functional teams, external resources, and internal RTX groups to ensure harmonized processes and reliable data flows. Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of Requirements, Testing and Implementation of SAP-MES Master Data and transactional processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to interface SAP with MES, including data mapping and transformation rules.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA to align Plan to Sustain processes with RTX operating model.
• Map end-to-end integrations between S4 HANA, MES and boundary systems.
• Plan and execute testing strategies including Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
