Pioneer Management Consulting seeks a SAP Business Process Lead to own the Product Lifecycle Management workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. This contract role focuses on business outcomes, not just technical scope, placing the lead at the center of process design across the program.

You will guide fit-to-standard workshops, define master data and inputs, and ensure process integrity from design to deployment. Remote work with periodic client-site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP business process design experience with PLM focus.
• Experience implementing SAP as a business-led initiative.
• Strong understanding of PLM functionality in SAP S/4HANA.
