Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformations across asset-intensive environments in the US. You will steer business processes, technology landscapes, and delivery across multi-site deployments, while advising executives on operating models and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Executive stakeholder management and business development experience.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resources, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovations.
