Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP Practice Engagement Manager to drive SAP growth across strategic accounts and new clients. You will work with Account managers and client partners across industries, shaping opportunities and engaging senior leaders to translate priorities into SAP opportunities.

Role emphasizes origination, shaping and closing strategic SAP pursuits, collaboration with global delivery teams, and staying current with SAP roadmaps like S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, and SAP BTP.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting and services experience.
• Ability to originate, shape and win SAP opportunities.
• Strong executive presence with senior client engagement.
• Deep understanding of SAP processes and roadmap.
• Proven track record in complex SAP transformations.
• Experience working with global consulting and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of SAP business across existing strategic accounts and new clients.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build a robust SAP pipeline.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client executives as a strategic partner.
• Propose proactive SAP perspectives and solutions ahead of RFPs.
• Originate, shape and lead SAP pursuits from opportunity to closure.
• Collaborate with client partners, account teams, and SAP leaders.
• Build relationships across the SAP ecosystem and with SAP for joint GTM.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP roadmap and next-gen SAP capabilities.
