Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA solutions, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and ensure integration across the SAP IS-U suite. You will guide FI-CA workstreams, collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and technical partners, and drive solution quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with substantial FI-CA expertise, including 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience designing FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading workshops, governance, testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations across IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banking and payment processes, and FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Owning the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Defining functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and financial controls.
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Driving integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U modules and external systems.
• Establishing FI-CA controls, posting, and reconciliation processes.
• Managing dependencies across Billing, Customer Service, Finance, and other workstreams.
• Developing functional specifications and ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Leading FI-CA functional consultants and coordinating partners.
• Overseeing end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Travel as needed (40–60%).
