Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience with FI‑CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, relationships, and postings.
• Design and test payment processing, interfaces, and cash‑desk flows.
• Configure collections, dunning, installments, and other receivables processes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
