Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for FI-CA in the utility receivables and payments space. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams on end-to-end processes across meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will help ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and FI/CO teams. Travel up to 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and the broader utility meter-to-cash process.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, open-item management, and FI-CA account determination.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and supporting FI-CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships, and open-item processing.
• Designing and testing payment processing interfaces and cash desk flows.
• Collaborating with Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Preparing functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and project deliverables.
• Providing production support and guidance to business users and technical teams.
