EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service-operation requirements into effective SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end processes. The role requires strong domain knowledge and hands-on delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with at least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, or design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection processes.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related customer processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, including business partner, contract account, and related master data.
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, and customer-contacts workflows in SAP IS-U context.
• Translate requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end processes.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration tests and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
