Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You’ll work with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective functional designs and support multiple modules, including billing and field service, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS‑U Customer Service.
• Hands‑on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Travel willingness to meet client needs; travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start/stop service and related processes.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS‑U Customer Service workflows and master data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact processes integrated with SAP IS‑U.
• Translate service‑operation requirements into end‑to‑end customer, account, and contract workflows.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management and digital channels.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit/integration tests and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
