Job summary

Puget Sound Energy in Washington state is seeking a Senior SAP Application Configuration Analyst to join the SAP Customer Information Systems team. You will help deliver SAP projects and support a broad SAP footprint, enabling PSE to advance its clean energy goals.

You will analyze business needs, define requirements, and configure SAP components while collaborating with ABAP developers and BASIS to implement solutions across SAP modules such as IS-U, Billing, and FICA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with systems development in enterprise-wide applications.
• Experience in SAP configuration, SDLC, and project collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Highly developed analytical problem-solving skills and ability to lead smaller projects.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses complex problems and implements SAP solutions across modules.
• Defines high-level requirements and contributes to project scope.
• Interfaces with ABAP developers, BASIS, and project managers for implementation.
• Configures SAP components and supports deployment in line with business needs.
• Follows ASAP/Agile methodologies and supports testing and user acceptance.
