Akaasa Technologies is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst specialized in IS-U Billing to support Tampa, FL operations. The role focuses on configuring SAP IS-U Billing, IS-U Invoicing, and DMS-related interfaces within a utility environment.

The candidate will drive the meter-to-cash process, billing schemas, and tariff modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICA and Device Management. Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualificações

• Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of meter-to-cash lifecycle in the utility industry.
• Experience with billing schemas, rate modelling and tariff models.
• Experience with end-to-end billing and invoicing processes (budget, RTP, TOU).
• Familiarity with SAP ISU Bill Print and related forms integration.

Responsible for all aspects of the SDLC in relation to SAP Configuration activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements software solutions for which in-depth configuration and integration is required; drives substantial interaction with vendor resources and integrates applications with complex interfaces based on specifications provided.
• Hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing, with deep functional expertise across the meter-to-cash lifecycle in the utility industry (Electricity & Gas).
• Expert in configuring and customizing billing master data i.e., billing schemas, rate modelling including complex billing, regulated and de-regulated tariff models.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end billing and invoicing process including budget billing, RTP billing, TOU billing, mass batch jobs, exception management, bill simulation, unbilled revenue scenarios and collective billing.
• Working knowledge of SAP ISU Bill Print, including Print Workbench configuration and integration with Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including integration with Device Management and FICA.
• Extensive functional and solution experience with the ability to facilitate, design, and develop complex solutions aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong client-facing skills ability to serve as a functional liaison between business and IT. Guide stakeholders on best practices.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA utilities and Fiori; ability to analyze, debug and troubleshoot OData and web services used in integrations.
