Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a senior SAP integration lead to drive delivery of large, complex SAP programs. You will manage client relationships, oversee engagement economics, and guide multi‑discipline teams across SAP and non‑SAP integrations.

You will travel 40–60% to meet clients, leverage Agile methodologies, and ensure quality and risk controls across programs. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in consulting/professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI); cloud integration (CPI, BTP).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
