Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration professional to lead complex SAP delivery engagements, manage client relationships, and drive engagement economics while traveling 40-60% of the time. You will leverage EY’s capabilities across SAP modules and integration platforms to architect solutions and ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware, with prior consulting experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
