Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned SAP integration professional to lead complex delivery, manage client relationships, and drive engagements across SAP platforms. You will oversee program governance, budgeting, and resource planning while coordinating across multiple activities and teams.

This role requires strong communication, deep SAP integration expertise, and willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs. A consulting background and experience with SAP tooling and modules are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with project-based teams.
• Hands-on SAP integration with middleware and cloud tools; familiarity with SAP modules.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Lead teams and coordinate across SAP integration efforts.
