Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a senior SAP integration specialist to lead the delivery of complex SAP programs, ensuring quality, risk management, and strong client relationships across multiple engagements. You will drive architecture, integration design, and team coordination.

You’ll work with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, FICO, and HCM, shaping integration strategies, mentoring teams, and traveling up to 60%. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
