Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration leader to drive complex engagements across SAP modules including S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, and FICO. You will manage client relationships, program delivery, and budgets while navigating risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires deep SAP integration experience with PI/PO, EDI, ABAP, and cloud tools (HCI, SAP API Management). Expect 40–60% travel and a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, EDI, ABAP) and related middleware.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM modules.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Translate client needs into SAP integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and governance.
