Techwave seeks a seasoned SAP Client Engagement Partner to lead strategic client relationships and drive large-scale SAP programs. You will bridge client needs with delivery teams, shape solutions, and oversee governance, risk, and commercial aspects for multi-million-dollar engagements.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP/digital consulting, deep knowledge of S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP methodologies, and proven ability to grow revenue with global clients.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in SAP and Digital consulting or account management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-level client programs and multi-million-dollar engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow strategic SAP and Digital client accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal SAP delivery teams.
• Drive revenue growth through new opportunities, renewals, and expansions.
• Lead SAP and Digital program governance, delivery oversight, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across portfolio.
• Oversee contract negotiations, SOWs, and commercial discussions.
• Ensure SLA adherence and risk mitigation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, BTP, cloud migration).
