Job summary

SoftServe seeks an experienced SAP Sales Account Executive to drive new business, build strategic SAP relationships, and expand enterprise accounts across the United States. You will sell end-to-end SAP transformation services including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, and more.

You will lead opportunities, develop executive sponsorship, and coordinate with SAP Account Executives and solution specialists to close multi-million dollar engagements. Strong SAP funding knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology, software, or consulting sales experience.
• Strong SAP ecosystem experience, preferably within an SAP SI, consulting organization, or SAP partner.
• Demonstrated experience selling complex SAP transformation services.
• Experience working with SAP CCFLEX or other SAP partner funding mechanisms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from account strategy and prospecting through qualification, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Enterprise Architects, and business leaders.
• Build and maintain a qualified SAP services pipeline across new and existing accounts.
• Develop joint account plans with SAP Account Executives, RVPs, Partner Business Managers, solution specialists, and industry teams.
• Create opportunities proactively rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or SAP referrals.
• Lead executive-level discovery sessions focused on business outcomes rather than individual SAP products.
• Work closely with presales, solution architects, industry consultants, AI/Data specialists, and delivery leadership to develop solutions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, opportunity stages, close plans, and next actions.
