Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks an Engagement Director for the ESU Consulting Practice to lead planning, execution, and management of large transformation engagements for TCS clients. You will coordinate the work of TCS and client teams and be accountable for delivery of all phases, releases, and project components.

The role demands deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to interface with C-level executives while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP S/4HANA experience managing large transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect.
• Strong design experience across multiple functional areas with integration of SAP cloud solutions / non-SAP landscape.
• Experience in stakeholder management for global programs.
• Proactive issue resolution with implementation teams to meet expectations.
• Experience leading large global transformation program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage complex, large transformation engagements for TCS clients.
• Coordinate work across TCS and client teams for multiple projects; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain end-to-end business process knowledge and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Engage with business counterparts and guide solutions from business requirements to technical design.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including junior members; manage 20+ resources.
