Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of operational processes in utilities or similar industries
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
• Experience leading vendor teams and outsourced development/support services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to understand business capabilities enabled by technology
• Translate business priorities into actionable technology initiatives within their domain and roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards
• Intake, assess, and prioritize minor enhancements and changes to existing operational applications within their domain
• Lead teams of internal and outsourced developers to deliver application changes that are tested and quality‑assured by the business
• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP ecosystem applications (e.g., S4, FICO, SRM, GIS, OMS, SAP BTP/Fiori apps)
• Oversee the full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support), embedding agile and DevOps practices
• Prepare options, estimates, and benefit cases; align approved work to quarterly plans
• Coordinate releases with IT Ops and publish run notes; ensure post-release stabilization
