Dow Inc. invites qualified candidates for an SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack) based in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, contribute to architecture, and drive SAP and digital transformation initiatives.
This role demands hands-on coding, solving complex integration and performance challenges, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
- Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
- Lead in ABAP/UI5/Fiori/RAP development and solution architecture.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams; ensure scalable designs.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
