Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori full‑stack development in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

You will design, develop, and support end‑to‑end SAP solutions, contributing to architecture, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements. The role requires deep ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and RAP expertise, across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay), and collaboration with business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or military experience at or above US E5; 8 years in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Involve in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in ABAP/SAP UI5/Fiori/RAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to map business requirements and design scalable solutions.
