Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack development based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will design, implement, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes, driving transformation with a focus on performance and architecture.

Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP applications while leveraging AI-assisted tooling and modern SAP technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ABAP development with SAP Fiori/UI5 and RAP, and experience in end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Experience with OData services, integration patterns, and SAP extensibility frameworks.
• Ability to design, build, test, and support SAP across core processes and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP/Fiori/UI5 solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business requirements and deliver scalable custom solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, estimates, and mentorship to junior developers.
