Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori full-stack development in the Midland, MI and Houston, TX area. The role requires hands-on coding, design, and implementation across SAP modules, with emphasis on R2R, O2C, and S2P processes and modern SAP technologies.

Strong experience in ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5, RAP, and cloud integration is essential. The role involves architecture alignment, debugging, performance optimization, and collaboration with business and IT

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP development, SAP Fiori/UI5, and RAP with active involvement in design, development, and support of SAP solutions.
• Experience with ABAP development technologies including OData, Workflow, IDocs, and forms and extensibility.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, integration patterns, and cloud technologies (BTP, API Management).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, S2P).
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices for ABAP, UI5/Fiori, and RAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture standards and performance goals.
• Provide accurate estimates and contribute to agile/waterfall delivery planning.
