Job summary

Dow seeks an SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack Developer based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. The role requires strong hands-on development and direct involvement in solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.

You will design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes, collaborate with functional teams, and mentor engineers while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years SAP Full Stack developer experience.
• willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Lead architecture, design and deployment with ABAP/UI5/RAP.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business processes.
