Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori full-stack development, based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. You will lead end-to-end SAP solutions and collaborate across IT and business teams.

Role emphasizes hands-on design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, with involvement in transformation initiatives and AI-enabled tooling to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or equivalent, or military experience at US E5 rank.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support end-to-end SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP.
• Design, build, test, deploy across core processes.
• Collaborate with teams to map requirements and design custom solutions where standard SAP gaps exist.
• Provide estimates and contribute to delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
• Mentor junior developers and share AI tool learnings.
