Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent military experience or 8+ years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions (ABAP/Fiori/UI5/RAP).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map requirements and ensure fit with Dow standards.
• Lead design, build, test, and deployment across core SAP processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
• Mentor junior developers and promote modern SAP technologies and AI-enabled tooling.
