Job summary

Dow Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Senior Software Engineer specializing in ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5 and RAP, to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes in the United States (Midland, MI & Houston, TX).

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in SAP full-stack delivery, S/4HANA experience, and familiarity with integration patterns (OData, SAP PI/PO, BTP). Travel up to 5%; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Provide estimates and participate in delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Mentor junior developers and stay current with SAP S/4HANA and RAP technologies.
