Job summary

EY’s SAP practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large SAP EWM transformation programs, guiding executive stakeholders and delivery teams to modernize warehouse and logistics operations. You will shape future-state warehouse strategy, oversee design and implementation, and identify opportunities to expand EY’s services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program management, and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on warehouse management and supply chain transformation.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development through pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses.
