Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager SAP EWM to lead large‑scale transformation programs across warehouses and logistics, advising senior client stakeholders and guiding end‑to‑end delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience with SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics and supply chain transformation.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities: design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Guide design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications.
• Mentor consulting teams and foster collaboration and improvement.
• Contribute to business development via proposals, pursuits and thought leadership.
