Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead large-scale transformation programs across warehouse and logistics operations. You will partner with senior client stakeholders, define future-state strategy, oversee solution design and end-to-end delivery, and mentor consulting teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Travel up to 80% is expected. As a senior leader, you will shape program governance, manage risks, and drive delivery excellence across complex engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in a relevant field.
• Typically, 9+ years of professional experience with significant SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel—up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and align with client objectives.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformations.
• Guide end-to-end implementation activities: design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, support.
• Facilitate workshops and change management to drive business process transformation.
• Define SAP EWM strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to client goals.
• Mentor teams and contribute to business development across SAP Supply Chain practice.
