Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is hiring a Manager, ERP Architecture to lead the multi-instance SAP landscape (ECC and S/4HANA) through Day 1 separation and TSA transition. The role supports Warsaw, Indiana and other locations with hybrid/remote options.

You will align ERP architecture with business processes, drive security/compliance, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to enable scalable, modern enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture, including leading projects or mentoring team members.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with SAP ABAP, ECC/S/4HANA, and SAP security integrations.
• Experience managing SAP security, integration, and governance in large, multi-instance environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances during Day 1 separation and TSA transition.
• Develop tactical/operational plans for ERP architecture goals and communicate with teams.
• Allocate resources for ERP capabilities delivery and lifecycle management.
