Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an SAP Platform Architect to lead the multi-instance SAP landscape for the DePuy Synthes separation. You will partner with business and IT to align ERP architecture with enterprise strategy and enable growth.

The role focuses on Day 1 separation planning, TSA transition, and eventual S/4HANA consolidation, with responsibilities spanning security, integration, and governance across global SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in enterprise/ERP architecture with leadership experience.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP security, governance, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances during Day 1 separation.
• Define ERP and enterprise app architecture aligned to business goals.
• Design and integrate ERP systems with other platforms.
• Evaluate current systems and propose improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and SI partners.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance of ERP solutions.
• Document standards and architectural models.
