Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit is seeking a Manager, ERP Architecture to lead multi-instance SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture during Day 1 separation from J&J and TSA transition. You will collaborate with business and IT to align ERP with processes and enable scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise systems.

The role requires 8+ years in ERP architecture, hands-on SAP ABAP/BASIS/Security, and leadership. Travel up to 20% domestic; English required; hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture with leadership.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP, SAP BASIS, SAP Security, and SAP integration experience.
• Experience with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and multi-instance ECC/S/4 environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances for Day 1 separation and TSA exit.
• Develop plans to achieve ERP goals and communicate with teams.
• Define ERP standards and oversee system integration and security compliance.
• Coordinate vendors and SI partners to ensure architecture compliance.
