Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, as DePuy Synthes prepares to become standalone, seeks an SAP platform leader to manage multi-instance ECC and S/4HANA landscapes during Day 1 separation and TSA transition. You will partner with business and IT to align ERP architecture with processes, enable operational efficiency, and guide security, compliance, and governance across global SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture with SAP focus and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances during Day 1 separation.
• Define ERP architecture aligned with business strategy and standards.
• Design integration between ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead teams and SI partners with governance, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance of ERP solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural models and documentation.
