Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes ERP division, seeks an Sr. Manager to lead multi‑instance SAP architecture for Day 1 separation and TSA transition. You will shape the ERP landscape, align SAP architecture with business needs, and guide a team of architects across ECC/S/4HANA environments.

You will drive standards, governance, and strategic decisions, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable scalable, secure ERP solutions and future‑proof enterprise platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years in enterprise/ERP architecture, including leading architecture teams.
• Hands-on with SAP ABAP across SAP ECC and S/4HANA (RICEFW).
• Strong SAP BASIS experience managing SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC on hybrid cloud.
• Experience with SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
• Experience with SAP Integration via BTP/IS and REST/OData services.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Experience in separation/spin-off or M&A technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances for Day 1 separation.
• Own ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead and mentor ERP and enterprise application architects.
• Establish and govern architectural standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategies into scalable ERP solutions.
• Direct design and integration of ERP systems with other platforms.
• Provide architectural governance for security, compliance, and performance.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and evaluate modernization investments.
• Manage vendor and SI partners with delivery quality.
• Contribute to budgeting and prioritization of ERP investments.
• Champion emerging tech to optimize ERP capabilities.
• Maintain enterprise architecture documentation.
