Accenture plc is seeking a SAP-focused transformation lead to drive large, complex technology programs leveraging Employee Central Payroll. You will partner with sponsors, on/offshore teams and clients to deliver transformation outcomes and ensure quality and profitability while tailoring methods to client needs.

The role sits in Accenture’s leading SAP practice, offering exposure to cutting-edge SAP solutions and a collaborative, award-winning environment. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 4+ years in SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting (or 8 years equivalent experience).
• Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project with on/off-shore resources.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Demonstrate SAP capabilities to solve client business problems.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional workstreams and client interactions.
• Oversee workstream activities and ensure service quality and profitability.
• Coordinate across technical, reporting, data conversion, change management, and project management streams.
• Improve methods and tools to meet client needs.
• Document requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decisions.
• Travel as required by business needs.
