Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Project Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification).
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
