Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation veteran to help clients meet digital challenges by solving complex business problems and guiding SAP solutions. You will lead teams, configure SAP modules, and collaborate across workstreams with travel to client sites as needed, including remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
