Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to drive SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud initiatives within manufacturing operations. You’ll translate business requirements into technical specifications, design system architecture, and collaborate with technical teams to implement DMC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with on/offshore teams.
• Proficient in supply chain best practices within DMC; benchmarking and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics and DMC alignment.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams with a DMC focus.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to deliver high-quality client services.
• Build and maintain client relationships at all levels for EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Motivate diverse teams and provide coaching in an inclusive environment.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding EY’s DMC service lines.
