Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and shape system architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor teams, manage complex engagements, and drive delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members on shore and offshore.
• Proficient in supply chain best practices within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), with benchmarking and advisory experience.
• Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily with a focus on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities within DMC and maintain business acumen with industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust in EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Lead and coach diverse teams, providing feedback and fostering an innovative, inclusive environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding EY service lines in DMC.
