Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives within our Technology practice in the United States. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design system architecture, and drive delivery across complex SAP engagements.

Travel up to 40-60% is expected. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality client services and growth opportunities, guiding teams through multi‑phase SAP implementations and DMC

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years in SAP Production Planning within Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and stay updated on trends.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within EY’s DMC space.
