Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager for its SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) practice. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver SAP DMC solutions across manufacturing processes.

You will lead engagements, manage complex programs, and drive strategic client outcomes, with strong emphasis on leadership, client relationships, and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects with onshore/offshore teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and DMC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements with emphasis on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities while maintaining business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Mentor teams, provide feedback, and promote an inclusive work environment.
